Joel Gott Sauvignon Blanc – California

Opens with ripe, tropical fruit flavors followed by crisp, refreshing acidity on the mid-palate and a long, clean, balanced finish.

Paired With: Chilled Soup – Potato and Leek with Apple

Bieler Pére & Fils Sabine Rose – France

(Grenache 41%, Syrah 27%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Cinsault 12%) Floral, herbal, wild red fruit, stone fruit and acid. Aromatics of peach, white cherry and wild raspberry that are balanced by summer flowers, white tea and Provence herbs. The finish is creamy with rose petal and wet stones.

Paired With: Truffled Chicken and Pistachio Pate with Housemade Plum

Seaglass Pinot Noir – Santa Barbara County, CA

This Pinot Noir is a quintessential expression of Santa Barbara County’s cool-climate vines, with its elegant, light-bodied style. Delicate aromas hint at the bright red cherry and strawberry flavors on the palate.

Paired With: Grilled Salmon with Spaetzel and Dijon Cherry Sauce

Iron and Sand Cabernet Sauvignon – Paso Robles, CA

Aromas of dark cherries, blackberry preserves and a dusting of coco powder and clove. On the entry, ripe, dark fruit flavors hit the palate before rounding out to earthy, rich chocolate covered cherries complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long, supple and mouthwatering.

Paired With: Blackberry Beef BBQ over Housemade Biscuit

Terra D’Oro Zinfandel – Amador County,CA

Enticing aromas of clove, cinnamon, annise and dark fruits are accompanied by hints of pastry, dried oregano, thyme and fresh dough notes that round out the intense aromatics. Elegant entry with a generous, juicy mid-palate and a long finish.
