Rias Baixas Albariňo Abadia de San Campio
Aromas of ripe grapefruit, lemons and other citrus are accompanied by soft notes of tropical fruit, ripe peach and delicate aromas of confectioner’s custard. Perfectly balanced on the palate, this wine is vibrant with a lively acidity and a long finish.
Paired With: Autumn Vegetable Bruschetta with Apple Butter
Campo Viejo, Garnacha Rose
Smells of strawberry and citrus. Flavor notes of strawberry, raspberry, pear, and orange. This is a super smooth rose and lower on acidity. You can taste a bit of butter or oak on the back end.
Paired With: Seafood Risotto with Saffron Aioli
Campo Viejo, Rioja Tempranillo
The nose is rich in aromas and pronounced in intensity. There is striking ripe red fruit, later we get the wood nuances with gently sweet notes of vanilla to finish with other sweet spices. On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa.
Paired With: Tortilla Espagnola with Smoked Chicken
Honoro Vera, Calatayud Garnacha
Aromas of candied red and dark berries, incense and smoky minerals are complemented by a building oral nuance. Juicy and energetic on the palate, offering lively boysenberry, cherry and spice cake flavors and a hint of candied lavender. Finishes sweet and youthfully tannic, displaying strong, spice and mineral driven persistence.
Paired With: Lamb and Apricot Tagine over Cous Cous
Bodegas Juan Gil, Jumilla Monastrell
Impactful aromas of Spice, cedar, toast and chocolate are layered with blackberry and plum. The palate has juicy ripe plum and a textural earthy chocolate sensation. Tannins build to the finish. A complex wine with great balance, concentration and length.
Paired With: Chocolate Mousse in tuille with Blackberry Coulis
