Six Ridges Chardonnay – Russian River Valley

Aromas of butter-poached peach, white flowers, caramel, and pineapple tart with a velvety, crisp, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, complex, long crisp apples, baklava, vanilla bean and coconut custard finish with coating tannins and heavy oak flavor.

Paired With: Warm Brie with Chestnuts in Puff Pastry with Cranberry Coulis

Pinot Noir – Sonoma/Monterey

Taste the difference soil, temperature and location can make! Notes of ripe black cherry, smoky oak and dark cola on the nose. Lush fruit forward strawberry and cherry entry on the palate with a bright cinnamon pie crust finish.

Paired With: Wild Mushroom and Hazelnut Pate, Spicy Red Pepper Jam

Six Ridges Pinot Noir – Russian River Valley

Taste the difference soil, temperature and location can make! Ripe red fruit aromas are beautifully accented with touches of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The palate has a lush mouthfeel with elegant flavors of black cherry and toasted almond, an elegant tannins structure and a lingering spicy finish.

Paired With: Smoky Roast Chicken with Root Vegetable Puree

Six Ridges Cabernet Sauvignon – Alexander Valley

Aromas of ripe blackberry and boysenberry are joined by notes of rich cherry pie filling, underscored by dried herb and white pepper spiciness. Full bodied with smooth tannins that give way to a lingering silky finish.

Paired With: Blackened Flank Steak, Blue Cheese Gratin, Haricot Verte

Yulupa Cuvée Brut – Sonoma

A refreshing balanced sparkling wine with fruit flavors and aromas of citrus, pear, peaches, followed by a nuance of spice.

Paired With: Chocolate Chess Pie with Peanut Brittle Whip Cream

(Cabernet Sauv, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Malbec & Cabernet Franc) Aromas of raspberry, plum, black currant, leather, toasted vanilla and anise. On the palate, bright red fruit flavors lead to smooth tannins and subtle acidity.
On the nose, Meyer lemon, passion fruit, grilled pineapple, and guava. Nectarine, papaya, and crisp tangerine notes are complimented by touch of spice and complex minerality on the palate.
Poached shrimp with cucumber, tomato, scallion, with avocado puree, mango coulis and crispy tortilla chips.
Shaved lamb cooked with basmati, almonds, dried cranberries and garam masala with a side of cucumber tomato raita and tamarind chutney.
