OZV Wines – Rose
Subtle notes of rose petals open up to strawberry on the nose with a
splash of cranberry.  Strawberry and tarragon are connected by a touch of
white pepper and pink grapefruit on the palate.

Paired With: Mixed greens, with burnt orange vinaigrette, grated beets,
maple whipped chevre and almond brittle

 

Maggio Wines – Pinot Grigio

This unoaked wine has subtle aromas of exotic citrus with hints of
grapefruit acidity and a finish of minerality. 

Paired With: Spaetzle and wild mushroom ragôut with caraway crème fraiche

 

Old Soul Wines – Petite Sirah Old Vine
 This wine expresses the best qualities of its grape.  Aromas of sugar plum and
dark chocolate serve as the gateway to a full-bodied, textural experience.
Inky and opaque, the wine bursts with jammy blackberry and bramble.

Paired With: Lemon grass chicken, basmati, chicken pho broth

 

Lodi Estates – Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark ruby in color this wine pops of fresh black-cherry and black currant aromas.  Flavors of blueberry, mocha, and black pepper.  An appetizing structure of subtle tannins and smooth texture that tantalizes the palate with great elegance and depth.

Paired With: Bistro tenderloin, smoked fingerling hash, spicy blackberry jam

 

OZV – Red Blend
(Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Merlot)

his zinfandel based red wine is full of fresh cherry, blackberry and jam like fruit with a hint of vanilla on the nose.  silky and soft tannins that lend to an enjoyable finish.
