Regular Beer
This is an American craft lager. This is beer that tastes like regular beer,
for the times you want to drink regular beer! Clean with toasted malt
notes on the nose and palate. Light and dry, a clasic pilsner! 4.9% ABV
Paired with: Bacon and Cheddar Chowder
Haze of Glory
This medium-bodied New England style IPA delivers a juicy, hazy squeeze
to your palate. Balanced citrus burst and hop haze which is fruity and
citrusy on the nose. Flavors of stonefruit and tropical. 6.3% ABV
Paired with: Smoked Cod with Fingerling Hash and Maple Drizzle
Southern Carbs
A sophisticated Norwegian pale ale made with kumquat, sage and
Kviek yeast. No, this beer won’t taste like Grandma Mary Helen’s pie;
it’s a funky farmhouse saison. A Collaboration with our friends at
Jagged Mountain in Colorado. 6% ABV
Paired with: Breast of Duck, Sweet Mash and Sage Tangerine Sauce
Oatshake Double IPA
Aromas of intense citrus fruit and hops. Flavors of balanced hop bitterness
with some sweetness from oat milk. This velvety-smooth double IPA, has
steel-cut oats, soaked and strained into rich, creamy oat milk.
Medium-bodied with a smooth finish and a hazy, pillowy mouthfeel. 8.5% ABV
Paired with: Rattlesnake Chili over Frito’s
No reptiles but it will bite you!
For Pete’s Sake
Imperial chocolate peanut butter porter. Aromas of big chocolate,
peanut butter, and coffee notes. Flavors of strong chocolate and
peanut butter with coffee and dark fruit notes. It is full-bodied and
creamy with a warming alcohol presence. 9% ABV
