Sauvignon Blanc
Opens with vibrant, tropical aromas of mango, lemongrass and honeysuckle,
complemented by flavors of lime, lemon, ripe tropical fruit and jasmine. This wine offers bright acidity, light to medium-body and a remarkable finish. The beauty of this wine offers three dimensions of aroma and flavor: tropical, citrus, and hints of grass notes.

Paired With:  Gnocchi PrimaveraChardonnay
Aromas of yellow pear, crème brûlée and hints of apricot, apple and oak. The flavors are tantalizing notes of citrus, dried apricot, and pineapple. Vanilla aromatics from oak and floral perfume from the fruit precede ripe fruit flavors balanced with bright acidity and a rich mid-palate weight creating a multi-layered, complex wine with a lingering finish.  

Paired With:  Radicchio and Spinach, Candied Fennel,
Herb Goat Cheese and Apricot Mango Vinaigrette

Lush red fruit aromas of pomegranate and cherry with a hint of spice are extended on the palate with strawberry and Bing cherry flavors coupled with round black tea-like tannins.

This full-bodied structure is a Hallmark.  The wine opens with stunning aromas of blackberry, black cherry and toasty scents; on the palate is concentrated with bold, velvety flavors of cassis, plum, blackberry and dried apple.  Intense mouth filling fruit lingers on the palate and ends in a beautifully elegant finish.
Paired With: Grilled Flank Steak, Duck Fat Mash, Berry Chipotle Coulis
