Chardonnay-Russian River Valley 

Bright acidity beneath notes of pear, apple, pineapple, apricot, nutmeg and vanilla. All framed by a richly textured palate.

 Paired With: German Potato Salad

Pinot Noir-Sonoma Coast 

Aromas of sweet, dried fruit, followed by notes of plum, caramel and toasted malt. Rich and textured, this wine has supple flavors of ripe strawberry and dark fruit, framed by hints of toffee, tobacco and coffee on the finish. A smooth mouthfeel and a precise balance of acid and tannin structure.

 Paired With: Mushroom Duxelle, Grilled Crostini

Zinfandel-Dry Creek Valley 

Opens with jammy berry aromas, framed by notes of allspice, mocha and cedar. The bright fruit flavors, balanced acidity and medium tannins in this Zinfandel compliment its soft, round mouthfeel and long, lingering finish.

 Paired With: Herb Rubbed Pork, Honey, Pickled Mustard Seed

Merlot-Sonoma County 

Alexander Valley Merlot has bright, enticing berry fruit characteristics with hints of toasted caramel from the oak and a lavish layer of velvety tannins. The fuit, vanilla and cherry flavors are concentrated and focused boasting a firm, yet plush finish.

 Paired With: Braised Greek Lamb Rib

Cabernet Sauvignon-Sonoma County 

Soft, plush tannins and well-balanced, refined acidity are hallmarks of this stunning Bordeaux-style blend. Aromas of black currant, black cherry, sage, tobacco, fennel and olives lead to berry and currant flavors on the palate, framed by fine-grained tannins.

 Paired With: Roasted Apples with Smoke Salt Caramel
